1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the "TeamLeave" mobile application (the "App"), created by Distex LTD ("we," "us," or "our") for internal employee use only. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our employees.
2. Information We Collect We only collect information necessary to facilitate leave management and HR functions:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and employee ID used to log in.
- Leave Data: Information regarding dates, types of leave requested (e.g., Annual, Sick), and approval status.
- Usage Data: Logs of access times and actions taken within the App for security and auditing purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for the sole purpose of:
- Managing employee leave requests and balances.
- Facilitating team scheduling and visibility.
- Maintaining internal company records.
4. Data Storage and Security App data is securely stored using Supabase (a backend-as-a-service provider). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Data is only accessible by authorized HR personnel and management within Distex LTD.
6. Your Rights As an employee, you may request to view or correct your personal data stored in the App by contacting your HR administrator.
