We have a 14-day return policy, when purchasing online; which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Faulty goods are covered by a 30 day refund policy.

For change of mind on purchases in store, this is 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with any items you received along with it.

Sealed items purchased in store must still be sealed to return them as "unwanted/change of mind".

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds are to your original payment method.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our returns policy does not affect your statuary rights
