Our returns policy does not affect your statuary rights
Inside 14 Days
Refunds and Exchanges
- We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of all purchases (In-store and online).
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item being returned must include everything you received with it.
After 14 Days
Exchanges and/or Repairs
- Should you no longer want your item (Not Faulty) when 14 days have passed since you received it, we are happy to purchase this back from you, however not offer a full refund.
- Should your purchase develop a fault, we will endeavour to repair the item at no cost to you. Should this not be possible we will replace the item with an equivalent model at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the same way you made your payment (ie, pay in cash, we’ll refund cash, if you pay on card then it will go back to your original card)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Online Order Returns
- Returns must be sent to us at Distex, 26 Woodhouse Green, Thurcroft, S66 9AQ
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is advisable to send this recorded delivery.
