# TeamLeave Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TeamLeave! By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

## 1. Description of Service
TeamLeave ("Service") is a SaaS application provided by Distex ("Company", "we", "us") that allows organizations and individuals to track annual leave, public holidays, and team availability.

## 2. Accounts
2.1 **Registration:** You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2.2 **Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 **Termination:** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or abusive behavior.

## 3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
* Use the App for any illegal purpose.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or teams.
* Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

## 4. Subscriptions and Fees
(If applicable) Usage of certain features may require a subscription. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice.

## 5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Distex.

## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any errors in leave calculations or lost data.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Distex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

## 8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
