How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed in store within 1 to 4 hours, depending on parts availability. If a part needs ordering we will tell you when you book in.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk in to our store, or post your device to us and we will return it once repaired.
Can I send my device by post?
Yes. Check out online and post your device to us. As soon as it is repaired we send it straight back.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Every repair comes with a 12 month warranty.
Will I lose my data?
We do not access or wipe your data to carry out a repair. We still recommend backing up beforehand as a sensible precaution.
How can I pay?
In store we take cash and credit or debit card. Online orders are paid securely at checkout.
My device will not charge, do I definitely need a new port?
Not always. Charging faults are often just dirt or lint packed into the port. We check and clean it first, and only replace the port if it is genuinely faulty.
