New phone, old photos? We help customers move contacts, photos, messages and apps from an old device to a new one — including between Android and iPhone. Pop into the store with both devices and we will get you set up.

What about my data during a repair?

We do not access or wipe your data to carry out a repair — your device comes back with everything as you left it. We still recommend backing up beforehand as a sensible precaution, and we can show you how to set up an automatic backup while you are with us.

Bought a phone from us?

Ask in store and we will happily help transfer your data across to your new device before you take it home.
