How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed in store within 1 to 4 hours, depending on parts availability. If a part needs ordering we will tell you when you book in.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk in to our store, or post your device to us and we will return it once repaired.
Can I send my device by post?
Yes. Check out online and post your device to us. As soon as it is repaired we send it straight back.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Every repair comes with a 12 month warranty.
Will I lose my data?
We do not access or wipe your data to carry out a repair. We still recommend backing up beforehand as a sensible precaution.
How can I pay?
In store we take cash, credit or debit card or Klarna. Online orders are paid securely at checkout.
Is the price shown the final price?
The price shown is a guide for the most common repair on this model. Part costs can change, particularly on newer and Samsung devices, so we will always confirm the exact price with you before any work begins. There is never any obligation to go ahead.
