Every Distex repair comes with a 12-month warranty

When we repair your device — in store or by post — the replacement part and our workmanship are covered for 12 months from the date of your repair, on parts and labour.

What the warranty covers

  • The replacement part we fitted (for example a screen, battery, charging port or camera)
  • The fitting itself — if a fault develops that relates to our work, we put it right
  • Free re-testing of your device if you believe the repaired part is faulty

What it does not cover

  • New accidental damage after the repair — drops, cracks, crush damage or liquid damage
  • Faults unrelated to the part we replaced
  • Normal wear over time, such as gradual battery ageing

How to make a warranty claim

Bring your device into the store, or contact us if you ordered by post — have your receipt or order number handy. We will test the device, and if the repaired part is at fault we will repair or replace it free of charge.
