The honest answer: usually much less time than people expect. Here is what to plan for.
In-store repairs
Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and speakers — are completed in store within 1 to 4 hours, and often within the hour. No appointment is needed: walk in, or check out online first so we can make sure your part is in stock before you set off.
Repairs that need a part ordering in
Some repairs use parts we order specially for your exact model — Face ID repairs, and some newer or less common Samsung parts, for example. These typically take 1–7 days depending on the part. We will tell you when you book in, and confirm as soon as your part arrives.
Postal repairs
Devices sent with our postal repair service are usually repaired the same day they arrive and posted straight back — so your total time without the phone is mostly just the post in each direction.
Why we say "usually"
Occasionally a repair uncovers something extra — a phone that has been dropped hard may have more than a cracked screen. If that happens we contact you, explain what we found, and agree the exact price before any further work. There is never any obligation.
