Phone repairs by post — anywhere in the UK

Not near Rotherham? No problem. Most of our repairs can be done by post, with your device usually repaired the same day it arrives and sent straight back to you.

How it works

1. Order your repair online. Find your model in our repair services, choose the repair and check out.
2. Post us your device. Package it well (a sturdy box and plenty of padding), include a note with your name and order number, and send it to the address below. We recommend a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
3. We repair it — usually the same day it arrives. If we find anything different from what was ordered, we will contact you and agree the exact price before any work begins. There is never any obligation.
4. We post it back to you as soon as the repair is complete and tested.
