We do not access or wipe your data to carry out a repair. We still recommend backing up beforehand as a sensible precaution.
How can I pay?
In store we take cash, card, bank transfer or Klarna. Online orders are paid securely by card or Klarna at checkout.
Is the price shown the final price?
The price shown is a guide for the most common repair on this model. Part costs can change, particularly on newer and Samsung devices, so we will always confirm the exact price with you before any work begins. There is never any obligation to go ahead.
Is the battery genuine?
We fit high quality aftermarket batteries as standard, with genuine available on request. Your device may show a battery health or service message, this is normal with aftermarket cells and does not affect the repair or your 12 month warranty.
